Ready gel is available in two flavors: Cocoa and strawberry.

INDICATIONS:
Vomit is an uncontrolled reflection that occurs in different situations, such as:
• Ketone states (Acetone)
• Gastroenteritis
• Motion sickness (car sickness, seasickness)

Ready Gel is an innovative product useful as a fistr attack in case of nausea and vomit and in the pediatric age. In most cases vomiting is a symptom related to acute gastroenteritis and in these cases the WHO (World Health Organization) and the ESPGHAN (European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition) recommend ad libitum use of glucosaline oral rehydration solutions with reduced osmolarità. Nevertheless in most cases immediate administration of the mentioned solutionsis not easy due to the bad taste.

Ready gel thanks to its gel consistency has a very good taste and is much more tollerate than common oral rehydration solutions. In any case, it is always useful to continue the rehydration by providing water and/or oral rehydration solutions.

In case of suspected moderate or severe dehydration, the access to health facilities is mandatory. Ready gel is not a plain oral rehydration solution, but it is a triple action gel.

In particolar, Ready gel contains:

1. Citrates and qualified Ginger extract that play an effective role in preventing the rising of ketone states (acetone) and, as reported in recent scientific studies, play an effective action against nausea, so restricting vomiting episodes and thus preventing dehydration.
2. It also contains Mineral Salts (Sodium, Potassium, Chlorine) and Glucose in the specific quantities provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and by the authoritative European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN), that exactly recommend the use of oral rehydrating solutions in dehydration situations.
3. It also contains Saccharomyces Boulardii and fibres (inulin) useful to restore the balance of the intestinal flora and to counteract the diharreal episodes, often increased in response to the use of common oral rehydration solutions, thus preventing the correct rehydration. The same ESPGHAN guidelines mentioned above confirm the efficacy and the safety of Saccharomyces boulardii and they recommend its use to counteract acute gastroenteritis in the pediatric age.

Nausea and vomit also appear in case of ketone states (acetone) or motion sickness (car sickness, seasickness). Due to its composition and excellent tolerability, Ready gel is particularly recommended in these particular situations.
